Relaxing of the Corona restrictions in Turkey (02.03.2021)

In Turkey the relaxing of the Corona restrictions have start on 02.03.2021.

From now on it will be decided separately for each of the 81 provinces in Turkey.

The areas are divided into 4 different levels. Low (blue), medium (yellow), strong (orange) and very strong (red).

For every 100,000 inhabitants under 10 infected it is blue, 11-35 infected yellow, 36-100 infected orange and over 100 infected per week are red areas.

The list will be updated every 2 weeks.

Alanya is in the orange area and the current relaxings are as follows:

  1. Curfew on weekdays from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
    Saturdays from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
    Complete curfew on Sundays until 5 a.m. on Monday morning.
    On Sundays the supermarkets are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can only be visited on foot.
  2. People over 65 years of age are allowed to leave the house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays.
    People under the age of 20 are allowed to leave the house from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
  3. Restaurants can be visited from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., but only with a capacity of 50% with sufficient safety distance between tables and chairs.
    The pick-up service is valid until 9 p.m.
    Delivery service is valid until midnight.
  4. Depending on the school and class, the lessons have started again and are carried out partly as face-to-face lessons and partly as online lessons.
